Yeah, I got a cheap but new Hjc helmet. I wouldn't buy used helmets, just a a safety concern.

Anything except track riding I just wear a pair of beefier shoes otherwise when riding on a closed course or going fast for other reasons I wear SMX-6 Aplinestars.

Too heavy! Even most 1000's are too heavy. 600's are nice and light, easy to handle and lots of power.
